Squeezing all three disks in my hand back to back made the choice obvious in about two minutes. Soft felt squishier than I imagined and firm had almost no give, so I'm glad I didn't just guess. The $20 off the custom order basically pays for the set.
I was torn between two firmnesses for weeks, so this set was a lifesaver. The $20 discount toward my custom order sealed the deal, and pressing the Soft and Firm discs side-by-side made the difference instantly obvious.
Being able to compare all three discs side-by-side took the guesswork out of choosing, and the $20 credit toward my custom order basically made the set free. Soft felt way too squishy to me but firm is exactly what I needed. Really smart way to test before committing.
