The custom coloration came out even better than the preview swatches suggested, with a nice gradient that actually shows up in person. Took a few weeks to arrive, but the hand-crafted finish is worth the wait.

Specifying the firmness and size made a huge difference for me — I went firmer than my last one and it was exactly right. The hand-crafted finish is smooth with no seams or rough spots, which surprised me for something made to order. Took a few weeks to arrive, but worth the wait.

I picked a custom signature coloration and the pour came out with this subtle gradient I wasn't expecting. The firmness option I selected is spot on, and the sizing matched the chart. Genuinely impressed with how the whole custom order turned out.
