The custom color option is what sold me and it came out exactly like the swatch I picked. The hand-crafted detailing is smoother than I expected for something made to order.

I picked the medium firmness and it's honestly perfect, firmer than I expected in the best way. Being able to choose my own coloration instead of settling for a preset option is what sold me. Took a few weeks to arrive but the craftsmanship was worth the wait.

The color came out exactly like the mockup I picked, and the hand-crafted feel is obvious in every ridge and contour. I chose the middle firmness and it hits all the right spots without being too stiff.
