I went with one of the signature colorations and the swirl came out even better than the site photos. Being able to pick my own size and firmness meant it actually fits right, which I've never gotten from an off-the-shelf option.
I picked the medium firmness and it landed exactly where I wanted, firm enough to hold shape but still forgiving. The hand-crafted detailing on the dragon shape is genuinely impressive up close. Worth the wait for a made-to-order piece.
The custom coloration process was surprisingly easy to set up, and the finished piece came out exactly like the preview I picked. Firmness and size both feel spot on for what I selected, and the hand-crafted details are clean and smooth throughout.
