I was nervous about ordering custom, but picking my own signature coloration made it feel personal and it came out exactly like the swatch. The hand-crafted finish has no seams or rough spots anywhere. Took about three weeks to arrive, which was worth the wait.

I went with the firmness option that felt closest to what I usually like, and honestly the hand-crafted quality shows in every detail. The size and shape match exactly what I requested, which I was a little nervous about ordering custom. Took a few extra days to arrive, but it was worth the wait.

The color matching on my custom order is absolutely spot-on, and the hand-crafted quality is obvious the second you hold it. I picked the firmer option and it’s got that perfect, weighty feel that makes the size adjustment totally worth it.
