The glow actually lasts through the night, which surprised me since most glow stuff fades in an hour. Sat it on my desk and it's the first thing people ask about when they walk in.

The glow-in-the-dark effect is way cooler in person than I expected — it really shows off the August zodiac detail once the lights go out. I've been staring at it since it arrived and it's become my favorite little piece to show off.

I keep it on my nightstand and it charges up fine under a lamp, though it needs a good hour to really get glowing. The August zodiac design is what sold me, and the little constellation details hold up close up.
