The custom firmness option is what sold me, and it turned out exactly right. The hand-poured coloring has these subtle swirls that photos don't really capture. Took a couple weeks to arrive, but worth the wait.
I picked one of the Signature Colorations and the swirl came out even prettier in person than in the photos. The size I ordered matches the measurements exactly, and the silicone has just enough give without feeling floppy.
The firmness customization is spot on—I chose the softest option and it’s just the right amount of give for comfort. My hand-picked color pattern turned out exactly like the preview, which honestly surprised me given how detailed the swirls are.
