I picked the medium firmness and it's honestly perfect, firm enough to hold its shape but still has a little give. The hand-crafted detail on the coloration is way nicer in person than I expected. Took a couple weeks to arrive since it's made to order, but worth the wait.

The custom color matching came out exactly like the reference I sent, down to the subtle marbling. Firmness feels spot-on for what I picked, and the hand-finishing detail is noticeable from the first touch.

The custom coloration I picked came out even better than the preview, and the firmness feels just right for what I requested. It's clearly a hand-crafted piece, and the texture detail is surprisingly nice up close. Shipping took a bit, but the quality made it worth the wait.
